DAY 01: AIRPORT / KANDY

Meet the clients on arrival and Transfer from Airport to Kandy.Visit to Pinnawala Elephant orphanage.

Visit Pinnawala,

The Elephant Orphanage and enjoy seeing the world’s largest herd of captive elephants, including babies who are still being fed by bottles. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage is an orphanage, nursery and captive  breeding ground for wild Asian elephants located at Pinnawala village. The orphanage was established to feed, nurse and house young elephants found abandoned by their mothers or displaced due to various other reasons. View many different aspects of the care and daily routine of the elephants, such as bottle feeding of elephant calves, feeding of all other elephants and observe the bathing elephants, from the broad river banks as the herd interacts socially, bathing and playing in the Maha Oya River
 
Visit to Sri Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the sacred Tooth Relic)
Visit the sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha, which have been most respected and worshipped by the Buddhists around the world for generations. Sri Dalada Maligawa is located in the royal palace complex which houses the Relic of the tooth of Buddha. Since ancient times, the relic has played an important role in local politics because it is believed that whoever holds the relic holds the governance of the country. Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a UNESCO world heritage site partly due to the temple.


Attending Kandy Cultural Dance Show
 
An early evening performance by the famous Kandy Temple Dance Troupe which incorporates highly rhythmic movements to the sound of temple drums and flutes and the skills of the traditional musicians of Kandy, their drums and dance are all very much entertaining. Each of the energetic dances performed tells its own story. Traditional folk dance is a part of Sri Lankan way of life & dates back many centuries.

DAY 02: KANDY / COLOMBO
       
After breakfast at hotel proceed to Colombo.

Visit to Peradeniya Botonical Garden

Sit & relax for awhile under the shades of decades old trees and explore the splendor of flora and fauna endemic to our country.  When the British eventually wrested control of the Kandyan Kingdom in 1815, the site at Peradeniya was a Royal Pleasure Garden, apparently being enjoyed by the last Queen of Kandy, the lush corner that exists in the cradle of a deep bend in the wide and languid river, the Mahaweli. Spreading over a sprawling 147 hectares, they are home to some 4,000 species from all corners of the earth.
  
Colombo, Sri Lanka's largest city is very colorful, vibrant and the largest city as well as the
commercial capital of Sri Lanka. An interesting mix of modern life and colonial ruins, Colombo is
located on the west coast of the island and adjacent to Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte. North of the
centre is the Fort district, the country's business centre. South is Galle Face Green, a seafront
expanse of occasional green. East of the fort is the pungent Pettah bazaar district. The city is home
to over 600,000 people. Colombo has some interesting places that are a must for every visitor
including the Gangarama Temple, Lakeside, Independence square and BMICH.

DAY 03: COLOMBO / BENTOTA

After breakfast at hotel proceed to Bentota.

Spend the time at one of the best beaches in Sri Lanka the Bentota Beach doing various sea sports.

Bentota is a Sri Lankan coastal city located on the southern tip of the Galle District of the Southern
Province, about 7–8 kilometres (4.3–5.0 mi) south of Beruwala on the A2 highway. Its population is
estimated to be between 25,000-50,000. The name comes from a mythical story which dates back to
kings time saying a demon called Bem ruled this river .
                                                         
Bentota is a tourist attraction, with a local airport (Bentota River Airport) and a handful of world-
class hotels. It is a destination for water sports. It is the hosting land for the famous Sri Lankan
Jeweler Aida. Bentota also delivers an ancient art of healing called Ayurveda (Spas). Bentota is
famous for its toddy production, an alcoholic beverage made out of coconut nectar

DAY 04: BENTOTA / AIRPORT

After breakfast at hotel proceed to Airport. Transfer from Colombo to Airport to board the flight.
